We take our clients' and their families' concerns to HEART by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs. Our caregiving team consists of qualified workers, who are carefully screened, experienced, trained, certified, bonded and insured. Our services range from hourly care (2-hour minimum) to live-in care and are affordable to all. Work shifts can be part-time or full-time, and include hourly, weekly, nights, weekends, and/or overnight stays. Services include, but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medicine reminders, transportation, shopping, errands, personal hygiene, exercise, companion, respite, transfer and ambulation. Our caregivers are trained in the proper use of special equipment for clients with lifting requirements. Our management team collectively has over twenty (20) years' experience in the home care industry, and provides ongoing supervision to ensure that our caregivers provide quality personal care/home management services tailored to each client's specific needs. Monthly feedback is collected from clients and caregivers in order for us to maintain quality care and assure that all of our clients' expectations are met.
