The Employer of Choice award recognizes that our agency values the contribution of our caregivers and views them as priceless assets. This annual award is based on the results of our caregiver experience surveys.

 

2022 Award Requirements

 

•    *NEW* Overall Caregiver Satisfaction (OSAT) Score 8.75+
• *NEW* Complete a minimum of 12 employee surveys during the previous 12 months
• Have less than 15% of our caregivers on “Do Not Call” for the year
• Actively survey caregivers for at least six consecutive months
